Saint Lawrence College

St. Lawrence College was found in the year 1967 and was established as a college

of Applied Arts and Technology. There are numerous courses offered by the college

such as business administration, engineering and technology, electronics, home

economics and many more. The college was found by William Davis who is also

known as “father of Ontario College” with an aim to guide and educate people for

employment purposes in their own respective communities. Thus, the primary

focus of college was towards Applied Arts and Technology. The students were

offered professional and occupational courses and certificate programs which were

of the short period but guaranteed employment in some of the other fields.

As part of your application review, you will automatically be considered for each of the following four scholarships:

The Trustee Scholarship is awarded to the top male and top female first-year students. The scholarship is based on academic excellence, character and leadership and the amount covers full tuition for up to four years or eight semesters.

The Momentum Scholarship is awarded based on academic and extracurricular achievements, character, and citizenship. This $140,000 scholarship (up to $35,000 per year) is awarded for up to four years or eight semesters.

The Sesquicentennial Scholarship is awarded based on academic and extracurricular achievements, character, and citizenship. Named in honor of St. Lawrence's 150th anniversary, this $120,000 scholarship (up to $30,000 per year) is awarded for up to four years or eight semesters.

The University Scholarship is awarded based on academic and extracurricular achievements, as well as character and citizenship. This $100,000 scholarship (up to $25,000 per year) is awarded for up to four years or eight semesters.

International student you must have the equivalent to the Ontario curriculum pre-requisites for your program of choice as well as your English efficiency test scores.

Indian applicants must have any one of the following credentials:

  • Higher Secondary School Certificate awarded by CBSE
  • Indian school certificate awarded by CICSE
  • Year 12 state board exams with high standing may also be considered.
