Eligibility criteria


Bachelors- 

The fundamental requirement for admission to the bachelor’s degree programme at University of Europe for Applied Sciences (UE) is a higher education entrance qualification, which you will have achieved with your high school diploma or equivalent. You may also be accepted on the grounds of your vocational training and an additional three years of occupational experience (BerlHG § 11). Our university will review your details and let you know immediately upon receiving your application whether you meet the requirements for acceptance to the programme. Furthermore, all our applicants undergo a portfolio review and a personal interview.


Master- 

The fundamental terms of admission for the master’s degree programme at our university are a bachelor’s degree with 210 ECTS credits. Should this be in a non-design subject, University of Europe for Applied Sciences (UE) will review the artistic work you’ve submitted to decide whether you can be accepted. If you have a B.A. degree with 180 ECTS credits, you will be able to make up the missing credits in the first semester at University of Europe for Applied Sciences (UE). Following submission of all relevant documents, we will check these and immediately inform you as to whether you meet the requirements for acceptance. Furthermore, all our applicants undergo a portfolio review and a personal interview.
